this happens because magnets inherently do not have metadata about the torrent, which then needs to be downloaded from other peers, metadata uploading/downloading is also throttled by the upload/download limiters,...
it's likely he doesnt have the time as of now, but might soon If i was you i'd do these in batches of like 10 at a time tbh x)
