Add a speed monitor to the app

Please add a speed monitor to the app to monitor upload and download speeds from the notification bar. I thought since adguard breaks all the other monitors, maybe one directly in adguard would work. I don't need traffic or data usage logs, just on the fly monitoring of current upload and download speeds. Thank you!

I would also love it if real-time speed/data stats per-app could be shown in AG's App Management summary & detail screens.
