Its normal if you just changed it. Usually you will have to restart the app while jack server is running. The changes are applied when the app starts up next...

I think it's the same issue as https://github.com/SubhadeepJasu/Ensembles/issues/71. It's been fixed for the next release in https://github.com/SubhadeepJasu/Ensembles/pull/73

The keyboard settings UI is still WIP and it will allow users to make changes for these cases.

Latest Release provided ability to change keyboard input binding

There is still room for improvements. I'll try having (2 or 3)-to-many relations for the bindings, which will then be perfect.
