Physical Keyboard Layout not respected

When not having a US(?!) keyboard layout it is not really possible to use this to play. I have eg a German layout where Z and Yare swapped compared to the English layout.

Ideally one could locate the real positions of the keys or at least enable the user to make changes.

The keyboard settings UI is still WIP and it will allow users to make changes for these cases.

There is still room for improvements. I'll try having (2 or 3)-to-many relations for the bindings, which will then be perfect.
