This seems to be causing a lot of players grief and making plasma fire aftermath much more difficult to clean up.
@eoineoineoin are you coming back to this? If not then @Nopey would you like to work on this?
Sorry it's taking so long to review. Been busy.
Take a look at how similar they are and then just fix up this one to accommodate that. Leave the welding fuel and fire stacks stuff for another PR so...
