Please post a picture of the SD card root.

I guess your installation is inside the `HiyaCFW` folder. Please move everything in that folder to the SD root, and try again.

This is an issue with melonDS, not GBARunner2. Please open an issue at the melonDS repo, if there is no existing issue for GBARunner2.

Is the SCFG Slot-1 setting turned on? Also, does the issue happen with the flashcard inserted, or without it inserted?

I think this did not happen on old versions. Please downgrade to each prior version until the Misc menu is accessible again.
