Other / Misc Settings Page Inaccessible on O3DS
The Other/Misc settings page doesn't open, when trying to navigate to it the menu will crash with no error.

Expected behavior
When using the L and R buttons to change settings pages, the Other Settings / Misc Settings should load.
Actual behavior
When trying to load the Other / Misc Settings page, the menu will instead crash with a black screen on the bottom and the top screen will freeze. The audio freezes. No error is given.
Steps to reproduce
- Open TwilightMenu++ from the 3DS HOME Menu.
- Navigate to TWL Menu ++ Settings.
- Press L or R to navigate to Other / Misc Settings.
- The menu will crash in the way described above.
Notes
No error is given by the menu. I am trying to access the Other / Misc Settings page in order to update TWL Menu ++ on my flashcard, since the games will not load on my DS Lite.
Is the SCFG Slot-1 setting turned on? Also, does the issue happen with the flashcard inserted, or without it inserted?
SCFG Slot-1 should be on, since I followed the guide provided here: https://wiki.ds-homebrew.com/twilightmenu/installing-3ds However I cannot confirm it since it is on the Misc Settings page, which I can't access as described.
The issue occurs with the flashcard inserted. Without the flashcard inserted TWL Menu ++ won't load at all. Ejecting the flashcard while on TWL Menu ++ and then trying to recreate the issue makes no difference (the menu still crashes when navigating to Misc Settings)
I'm seeing the same issue on n3DS (11.17.0-50U, Luma v13.1.2) with an R4i Gold (3DS RTS, 1.64) as well.
Both the 3DS and the flashcard have TwiLightMenu v27.5.2. When I turn off SCFG in Slot 1 and boot the flashcard, the Misc menu loads, but doesn't display the update options. When I turn it back on, the Misc menu hangs at a black screen.
The Misc menu displays properly with SCFG in Slot 1 enabled on DSi.
I think this did not happen on old versions. Please downgrade to each prior version until the Misc menu is accessible again.
It works with 27.4.0 on the flashcart, and fails with 27.5.0. The version on the 3DS (thankfully) doesn't seem to matter.
