Component tree does not allow inspecting of template-only components' args (but does allow inspecting single-arg non-primitives)

I believe this is not something we can fix, since there is no backing class for template only componenets. @chancancode please confirm.

@kangax this is likely due to https://github.com/emberjs/ember-inspector/issues/1387. Template only components have no backing class, so they sidebar does not open for them.
