Currently debating whether to show the button over the thumbnail like old times  or show it as a context menu option  The thumbnail option has been quite cumbersome...

Will tackle this one next. Seems like YouTube now allows custom speed too, so I will explore that to see if it's worthwhile, otherwise I'll just keep it simple: 

For now I've kept it simple, did not see much benefit in letting it select a specific speed with more detail as of now, but will be open to consider...

@Viish any chance that can be done programmatically or are we forced to use a config file just to turn it off?
