Stuck at `Still waiting for installer log file...`

Got the topic starter issue. Solved with the `--vs2015` key. Have VS2015 AND VS2019 installed at the same time.

Client retry strategy documentation

A partial relevance to the topic. Existing "latest" documentation at https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSJavaScriptSDK/latest/AWS/Lambda.html#constructor-property refers to v2. So it has no `retryStrategy` at all. The v3 docs are at https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSJavaScriptSDK/v3/latest/clients/client-lambda/classes/lambda.html#constructor.
