I encountered this issue as well, both when specifying a custom scale and when trying to use default values

Have noticed the same issue as 1. as well as all shortcuts just not working in general. Can't copy-paste, duplicate, etc using keyboard combos ctrl+c, ctrl+v, ctrl+d anymore
