Hey @adesalegn, I haven't compiled an answer as I don't know how to achieve your result. Perhaps using `geom_node_point`? It appears around line 80 in the source code for [R/cnetplot.R](https://github.com/YuLab-SMU/enrichplot/commit/2ef05a801f36d5de60ae7c0a43746c382fe9ddd5#).
