建议Solidworks，很好学也很好用
法律问题我确实没想到（主要是免费的确实习以为常了，但严格来讲确实有风险）。不过就软件上手容易程度和后续静力动力仿真Solidworks更好一些，萝卜白菜各有所爱，还是看个人习惯。
