WinRT / Universal app support

Hey, have you taken a look at map rendering for Windows? The new Universal App Platform (Windows 10, Windows 10 Mobile...) sounds promising and Win2D seems also really mature already....

Angular 7 and Viewer, undefined is not a constructor

Same problem occurs in a Vue.js app. Output says: `TypeError: ros3d__WEBPACK_IMPORTED_MODULE_0__.Viewer is not a constructor`
