Fixes #10 by adding missing capitalization of nouns in the german translation. Also does toLowerCase() before the output of capitalise2().

Hi, this is only a cosmetic grammar issue but because it is not covered by the current capitalization options, this might count as a bug instead of a German translation...

When the time is 11:34 (for example) The watch says "Half past Elevenish" it switches to "Half past Eleven or so" when it is 11:35. Wouldn't it be more logical...
Russian localization is a bit wrong. We never say 'час с половиной', we say 'пол второго'. I use version 2.3.2 (beta).
