Clearing the `/tmp/embedded-pg/PG-XYZ` directory is something I have tried before, it seems to be a temporary fix. At the moment I have to clear it every time before running tests...

I also have Eset and when real-time file system protection is disabled then the problem doesn't seem to appear - as soon as it's enabled then the issue occurs again.
