Make all statistics available

When configuring loadouts, all statistics calculations should be available for any metric.

Currently:

• ClickToPhotonLatency doesn't allow: 99%, 95%, 90%, min, avg, or raw.
• Non-zero average statistics is only available on ClickToPhotonLatency.
