This update [breaks our CI workflow](https://github.com/FreezyLemon/ffmpeg-the-third/actions/runs/11592006245/job/32272970494). I'm not 100% sure what the problem is, but it seems like copying /usr/local/lib and settings the LD_LIBRARY_PATH have something to do with it....
