downloaded stardrop today, and noticed Buildings reverted to Vanilla. Doesn't happen to all buildings. Ginger Island buildings and obelisks are ok, but not the others. Allow for profile exporting / importing

Would allow for users to export or import enabled / disabled mod lists. Will need to handle missing mods, as Stardrop currently omits them from the UI.

When enabling or disabling a mod, all collapsed folders will open again. Edit : Also changing profiles always shows this  (Even when saving or not even making changes)
