How do I open Stardrop?

I downloaded Stardrop from Nexus but when I go to the file and open it I just get more files, and if I open those files it's not what I need to open Stardrop. I couldn't find the 'Stardrop.exe' thing the Windows instructions told me to run. What do I do? I don't know much about computers so I'm completely lost.
