Well the Bundler has to be on the services' $PATH (not only on Ajenti's path but also on Supervisor's) for Bundler-enabled ruby websites to work in Ajenti V. I guess...

@mikestp27 we keep them because it's just cleaner to regenerate the whole configuration. I've just updated v-mail to support `ajenti-ipc vmail apply` command.

Hi, the dependencies are pulled because the plugins depend on 'php-fpm' and 'mysql-server' packages respectively. You either need to have custom packages which _provide_ these names, or install Ajenti V...
This means your backend (PHP-FPM) isn't running. First check php-fpm service status, and then its log file.
Also, just a little reminder that there's a "Custom FCGI" content type available which produces similar NGINX config.
If you have fixed your settings, but index.php still gets downloaded, clear your browser cache - this is a common issue.
