What I did to get rid of it is this: 1. Use OBS game capture on the Xbox companion app output. 2. Set my second monitor as my main monitor...
Update: Crashed again without unplugging it or anything...

You shouldn't make a new issue for it, it's related to this one and the other issue I linked (which was closed and linked to another one...)
