Make ios_system available as a Swift Package

I'll be exploring converting ios_system to a Swift Package and adding updates/resources here.

No preview after fresh install

Do you have XeLaTeX installed on your system? Open a terminal and type `xelatex --version` to see if it's installed. Also, are you running on Mac, Linux or Windows?

Installed jupyterlab_latex. right click offers preview, but get "Server Extension Error"

What is the specific error? You might not have xelatex installed which is the default latex engine used.

Setting tectonic (LaTeX compiler) doesn't work

This is related to #70 since it requires having an arbitrary build process, but with user customizable flags.

Are the examples supposed to work?
