I second adding homebrew support or create standalone version. Installing ruby gems without sudo is problematic, homebrew is mostly an exception and preconfigured on work macs.

Nope still an issue, but a little more complicated. It only works for me when the Icons have a resolution of 100x100 in Icon View, this is my default view....
