[Question] 如何在配置里写死屏蔽更新提示？

如题，我在使用 Hugo 时，每次重启都要提醒更新，我目前版本挺喜欢的，每次到控制台那里勾掉不检测更新也不行，后端部署在 render 上，一直运行，跟 Hugo 部署没任何影响我想在配置中写死屏蔽更新和版本检测，请问该如何做呢？

后端邮箱通知的登录支持OAuth登录

根据[微软官网](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/pop-imap-and-smtp-settings-for-outlook-com-d088b986-291d-42b8-9564-9c414e2aa040)的说法： > Outlook.com requires the use of Modern Auth / OAuth2. Basic auth is in the process of being deprecated from the Outlook.com service. 所以希望为后端的邮箱添加OAuth登录的选项，以便能够登录Outlook邮箱。

使用`ugc`标记外部链接

目前似乎使用`nofollow`标记外部链接。不过根据[Google for Developers](https://developers.google.com/search/docs/crawling-indexing/qualify-outbound-links)的建议，“建议您使用 ugc 值标记用户生成的内容（例如评论和论坛帖子）的链接”。同时也可以将特定的用户标记为“值得信赖”，从而在他们发布的外部链接中删除`ugc`值。
