（相关：#84） 现有的评论组件大多对评论者是否填入邮箱和网站不做要求，很多评论者由于隐私方面或其它方面的原因，可能也不拥有邮件地址或者不愿意提供邮件地址。或是为了邮件通知功能，抑或是为了塑造能对评论进行良性反馈的评论环境等等，Artalk 目前的设计是邮箱为必填项。虽然如此，在导入不含邮箱地址的评论数据的时候，也能够正常导入而不会报错。因此，希望 Artalk 也能够一并允许导入之外来源的新评论也对 email 地址不做要求。 具体的修改大概包括在后端接受评论的 API 和发送通知邮件时的判断，以及前端移除对邮件地址必填的提示；用户系统或许也需要一定程度的变化。不过考虑到目前也可以正常导入不含邮箱的评论数据，这大概都不会特别复杂。（例如[这个 branch 上的更改](https://github.com/outloudvi/Artalk/tree/feat/no-email-enforcement)？）
