Could easily just trigger a despawn and respawn event hooked through Citizens 2?

@JayWood any chance you're preparing for making it 1.13 compatible? Asked here bc wasn't sure if I should make it a new issue.

Any progress? Getting annoyed with the wrong plots linking together or to mega plots linking just bc they're next to each other than tryna unlink the 2 and unlinking everything.

Well since it's been a month and the developer hasn't said a thing I'm boycotting this plugin and switching to another one.

My alternative I found was to use the Denizen plugin to create a custom Menu system for all my NPCs and then just running the Quest Admin commands as op...

Can help with MU integration if needed, I've been working on a custom fork anyway for something similar and also to allow the ability to use custom SMTP servers properly...

Can this please be fixed? Having the same problem on Spigot 1.9

I've got the latest snapshot and version of Spigot, the problem is happening again in 1.9

Anyone gonna mention why it was removed?
