I just searched our dataset for the associated practice id - `JIACCA` and it doesn't show up. My understanding is that eclinicalworks/healow institutions need to manually enable Patient Access APIs.

I think this might be something called `IntegraMed Fertility Patient Portal` - I'll have to do some more research.
