Ok thanks @gkatsev, is WebVTT styling on the roadmap at all at the moment or should I just fully commit to working it all out on the DOM?

Sorry to bump this but we have a client who's hoping for a solution to this issue. Is there somewhere else I should seek answers/help on this issue?
