pip install the python osgeo/gdal files for me in my personal appdata folder, which I used for setting GDAL_DATA environment variable C:\Users\tyler\AppData\Roaming\Python\Python39\site-packages\osgeo

Is 20000 too small or else just select an object that fits your specific area of interest so it is smaller?

Look for the WHL packages that do not have "amd64" at the end and see if that works @TheoBenazz
