BatchUpdate no longer working with EFCore 2.1 Preview

EF Core merged a PR in December that broke Batch Update in EntityFramework-Plus. Here is the commit in question.

Looking at the code it appears as though this is the offending line image

The NodeTypeProvider was refactored out to the QueryProcessor, so another call will be required to reference it.

We looking at it and made a fix according to this PR but it looks the code has already changed a lot and the IQueryProcessor has already been removed from the latest preview build.

We have chosen to not anymore support preview release but only stable release.

Feel free to hit us again with this request when the stable will be released.

That sounds reasonable! Just thought I would give you a heads up. 2.1 will most likely be in preview for another couple months though. Thanks for looking into it.
