installation and usage improvements

This app looks great , however I have some difficulties to use it. My comments are :

• how to allow "Screen Recording" permission? it seems the OS is asking the permission only when executed from Terminal, so then later I can only get this working when executed from Terminal, and not from Skhd or from Yabai events.
• Manual describe how to change skhd bindings, but I think a event in yabai can be added to be more generic and not bound to existing keyboard bindings
• Performance of landscape command could be improved to be used without delaying multiples workspace switching

Unfortunately I cannot continue using it, but the idea looks promising.
