Window behaviour not right on Wayland/Ubuntu 18.04

Open Dreamsorcerer opened this issue 6 years ago • 2 comments

On Ubuntu 18.04 using Wayland, the terminal window is no longer stuck on top of other windows. If I click another window, that window will be raised above the terminal window.

Additionally, the fade in/out animation is now the normal window animation, and not the slide in from the top animation.

Same issue on Fedora since 25. I have to switch back to the Wayland on xorg session. Need an 'always on top' feature.

Would be nice to have an always on top feature as well. I switched from Xorg to Wayland and now get this issue. Wayland works way nicer for me, so I'd really rather stick with it. Also using Ubuntu 18.04.
