Add support for acceleration, crisis, and hazard icons for all card types

acceleration, crisis, and hazard icons are supported by side scheme cards. but those icons seems not to be supported by some card type:

following cards have the json descriptor: "scheme_acceleration": 1, but does not display the icon:

• hero: Archangel
• obligation: Panicked Refugees
• ally: Dogpool
• attachment: Jormungand
• environment: Public Outcry

following cards have the json descriptor: "scheme_crisis": 1, but does not display the icon :

• attachment: Team Leader

following cards have the json descriptor: "scheme_hazard": 1, but does not display the icon :

• obligation: Apocalyptic Influence
• environment: Kree Command Ship

following cards have the json descriptor: "scheme_hazard": 1, and display correctly the icon :

• main scheme: Corporate Acquisition - 2B
• ally: Venom
• upgrade: Symbiote Suit
