remaining Shang-Chi in DB

they are 2 card "Shang-Chi" referenced in the database, but they represent the same card from Taskmaster's set. In https://github.com/mmougy/marvelsdb-json-data repo, there is only one (the encounter one), so i think the "hero" version should remain in the database and should be removed

this is the correct one (because it is an encounter card)
