Deck Comparison Error

I cloned a Thor deck I was working on to trim it from 50 cards down to 40. After saving my 40 card deck, I decided to run a deck compare as seen in the included screen shot.

The comparison is incorrectly identifying changes between the decks such as Team-Building Exercise, Moment of Triumph, Into the Fray, Lie in Wait, etc.

Just came back after half a year to marvelcdb to find out the whole compare feature is broken. I use it to check whether I can build two decks of one card pool and currently it's not helping at all. Currently ALL CARDS are identified as changes, which is simply false. It seems like the little 'x' above indicate the matched cards, but these are nevertheless shown underneath as a change.

Edit: Seems to be a card specific error. Comparing other decks it was showing cards like "Energy" were shown correctly.
