[Bug] Customizable card issues

Error msg: "You cannot have more than 15 level 0-1 Seeker and/or Mystic cards"

It seems to be the same issue as the 'Rite of Equilibrium' card.

It seems that these cases should also be considered.

Yeah, I think most of those should be working, in terms of showing up and only becoming valid when it’s checked off.

carolyn is a mess, the new cycle keeps making us change her regex. I’m going to switch to an explicit flag.

will explore 2xp. The cost to upgrade is supposed to be independent of number of cards though.
