how to install this gluoncv? i had already installed another version 0.4.0 following the mxnet official guide.

Greatest,i had run the train_cascade_rcnn.py successfully in a new python env! Here i want to use it in my base python env. But in it had already installed another version,that make this pkg doesn't work!

What should i do?any suggest for me? Thx a lot.
