Problem with enabling the feature

I don't have page "Desktop Effects" in my effects settings, how I can display this tab, or enable it through command line ? plasma 5.24

Well I do have 'effects', but this older effect isn't working and doesn't show up there.

Try this dbus-send --print-reply --dest=org.kde.KWin /Effects org.kde.kwin.Effects.loadEffect string:"kwin4_effect_yetanothermagiclamp"

It work for me after installing kwin-effects-yet-another-magic-lamp instead of kwin-effects-yet-another-magic-lamp-git
