The problem with deploying the docker image on Heroku

I am trying to deploy the docker image to Heroku but unfortunately, after starting the app is crashed on Heroku. I think It is targeted at deploying web apps, so likely it won't allow access to any port. Btw the image does work locally. I believe it is related to their runtime not being able to execute the entrypoint on the docker image but I could not find a solution
