[Feature Request] Allow user to change album cover art

Description

When an album is created, the app always automatically uses the first song in alphabetical order for the album cover.

Solution

Give the user an option to select a cover for each album from the gallery/file explorer

Alternatives

Use the first song in track order as the cover instead of the first in alphabetical order.
