[Feature Request] Play MP4 files as music

I have a number of files in my music collection that are MP4s I've downloaded from youtube (not Youtube Music). It would be nice if Symphony could see these files and play them as music, ignoring the video component.

It's not too hard for me to convert them to M4A (does Symphony play M4A?) and that would save disk space, so I guess I'm just asking you to enable my laziness.

despite playing video is not so essential, but i'd love more data uses like thumbnail, or even subtitles
