[Feature Request] Add 'Default starting folder' setting for the Folder tab

Description

The folder tab always starts at the last opened folder, which can be several levels deep.

Solution

Add an option to choose a 'Default starting folder'. If the app is started afresh instead of being resumed, the folder tab should open at the default folder set by the user.

Alternatives

Only show whitelisted/non-blacklisted folders in the Folder tab.
