methratio.py still cannot work on python3

I tried 04/25/2019 version However It tells me

AttributeError: Can't pickle local object 'main..'

Can you paste the entire error text? I have a feeling something is happening with the multiprocessing section, but I don't know what. It would also help if you were able to share or point me to the public fastq too.

I also faced the same problem isn't it the lacking of pytorch?
