Can't set bank root or preset root from settings

I don't know if there's something I'm missing, but when I bring up the settings window in Zest (click twice on the Zyn logo), there are two panes saying BANK ROOT and PRESETS ROOT, but nothing happens when clicking in those panes (except the buttons when clicked appear to be toggled).

The rest of the settings window also appears strange, for instance the sample rate field shows "48 kHz", and the 'kHz' must be backspaced away before changing the actual rate, and it doesn't seem to take effect anyway - re-entering the settings window just brings back the original rate.

Is the config window just a placeholder for a not yet implement feature?

Your guess is correct. The settings window is mostly a WIP, hence the non-intuitive way of getting to it as that was just a debug way for me to access it while developing (more of an easteregg than intended final location). Several of the controls there are unfinished or otherwise quirky like you've noted.

Ok, good, then I'm not going crazy. :-) I found references to 'the settings menu' in various Zyn documentation or if it was in online forums, but I suppose that was referring to pre-zyn-fusion versions.

That's almost certainly the case. IMO the bank search path config should still be implemented, but other features/bugs/etc have taken priority so far.

I guess it is easy enough to edit the settings file directly, so it's more for completeness that it should be settable from within Zyn.
