Implement control of macro-automations with aftertouch

The macro learning interface allows assignment of midi controllers to macros, but there is no way to make aftertouch control a macro.

Note: Due to implementation choices within Zyn, this is likely to make sense for channel aftertouch rather than polyphonic aftertouch which (AFAIK) is bound to velocity changes.

Channel aftertouch was what I was thinking of. But if velocity were also allowed to control automation, then polyphonic aftertouch control could get in through the back door.
