Most of the interface (control) is not working (MacOS)

I guess it's a macos issue, or a problem with Reaper but most of the UI is not working.

If I click, drag, nothing append. I taught first is because I didn't know how to use it (and it's still possible that is the case) yet even trying to change the volume didn't works (the volume was actually changed, but the interface didn't).

Here are some details:

I am using the Zyn-Fusion VST and AU plugins with Ardour (5.12.2) Using OSX 10.14.6 (18G95)

• Drop down menus always work
• Buttons usually work, but sometimes not
  • the rounded corner buttons (browser, effects, part settings, etc)
  • not the menu items in the browser or the numbers on the sidebar
• knobs never work
• With the VST plugin I can select instrument using the instrument preset dropdown (Ardor UI), so it is still somewhat usable this way
• Everything used to work fine on this same laptop before I had to get it re-imaged and it came back with the latest OSX. I suspect there is a but with the new OS
• However I did also upgrade Ardour so might be the bug there as well. I Don't use any other DAW.
