Header text still shows up on mobile devices when "show header text" is unchecked

With the latest "clickable header" update, the header text now shows up on mobile devices on top of the header image regardless of whether the "show header text with your image" box is checked or not. It's pretty messy looking. It didn't do that before the recent 'clickable header' update.

Will be adding the functionality of uploading an image logo to the header, which will be displayed on both desktop and mobile layouts in the next patch.
