Menu with 10 Items Causes iPad size issues

This is a strange bug, if I put more then nine menu items in the menu bar the site renders with an offset on the left side. Doesn't seem to matter on the menu item width. On desktop all menu items are visible fine, only an issue on ipad sized screens.
