1. Install/Activate WordPress MU
2. Install this theme
3. Activate this theme

<b>What is the expected output? What do you see instead?</b>
I expect it to be a bit longer header to the design doesn't look off.

WordPress: 3.0.1 MU activated, Arras:1.4.3.1
